The Catholic University of Avila (UCAV) invites the global community to the IV International Congress Digitalisation and Business: the Age of Artificial Intelligence, which will take place in online format <\/b>(with the possibility of attending face-to-face lectures) on 11 and 12 December 2025<\/b>\u00a0following the success of the three previous editions.<\/p>

The Congress will be held in a virtual format so that all attendees and speakers will be able to access all the papers presented and all the additional content through the Congress website. Likewise, a series of lectures and master classes will be held in parallel to the Congress, given by leading professionals. These sessions can be followed live on the Congress website and, additionally, an on-site session - which can also be followed via streaming - will be held at the headquarters of the Catholic University of Avila (Calle Canteros s\/n) (more details in the \"Programme\" section). As a complement, in this edition will be The full content of the course \"Cryptocurrency Investment and Asset Tokenisation\" is available to all participants. <\/b>which was given by Fundaci\u00f3n \u00c1vila, Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de \u00c1vila and Territorio Bitcoin.<\/p>

The Congress is aimed at students, teachers, researchers, professionals and scientific staff who wish to contribute to its success with their work and participation. We are living a decisive moment in the history of humanity: the definitive transition from an analogue society to a fully digital society. New technologies, data-driven business models, innovations in payment systems and new forms of organisation and communication are redefining the economy and work. In this context, the Artificial Intelligence (AI)<\/b> is the driving force behind an unprecedented transformation, capable of revolutionising the way companies operate, make strategic decisions and interact with their environment.<\/p>

The IV International Congress \"The Age of Artificial Intelligence\".<\/b> invites professionals, researchers and decision-makers from public and private institutions to reflect on this paradigm shift. Through an interdisciplinary vision, the impacts of AI on the economy, business, education, sustainability and society will be addressed. Adopting and understanding Artificial Intelligence is not only a question of innovation, but also a matter of competitiveness, sustainability and responsibility<\/b>. AI is not only transforming business: it is transforming the way we live, learn and relate to the world. This new conference will try to give voice to this new digital reality, focused not only in the field of Social Sciences, but in all fields of action. The academic papers presented at this V1st International Conference on Digitalisation and Business<\/b>will try to provide answers to a series of key questions in today's society and in a wide range of fields of study.<\/p>

The accelerated digital transformation we are undergoing requires new professionals and lines of research capable of leading the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI).<\/b> in all organisational domains. This technology, together with intelligent automation, predictive analytics and machine learning, is redefining the skills needed for business management, decision-making and innovation in all productive sectors.<\/p>

The organisations that understand and embrace AI strategically<\/b> will be able to anticipate change, optimise resources and generate knowledge from data. The new AI-driven, digitally native workforce<\/b> will set the course for a more interconnected economic ecosystem, where human creativity and artificial intelligence will work in complementary ways to create sustainable value. Understanding how AI is impacting businesses, industry sectors, public administration and society at large is essential. New business models are underpinned by intelligent automation, Big Data, the Internet of Things (IoT), advanced cybersecurity and recommendation systems based on AI algorithms, shaping a new environment of global and digital competition. This new era redefines the forms of consumption, digital payment systems, organisation of work and talent management<\/b>The EU's role as a global player in this field also raises important ethical, regulatory and societal challenges.
