Conference
- Submission of abstracts: until 10 December 2025
- Registration as a speaker at a reduced rate (100€): until 10 December 2025
- Registration as an attendee at normal price (15€): until 10 December 2025
- Registration as an assistant (PDI, PAS, UCAV Students Free): up to 10 December 2025
- Submission of the video of the communication: until 10 December 2025
- Holding of the conference: 11 and 12 December 2025
- Certificate of participation in the conference: available in the "certificates" section of your work desk at the end of the conference and after having fulfilled the participation requirements
Publications
- Sending the text: until 15 February 2026
- Publication of the book of abstracts with the publishing house of the Catholic University of Avila and with ISBN: by May 2026 (we are unable to give a specific date at any stage of the process)
- Publication of the collective volume (not proceedings) with Dykinson or Tyrant publishing house: by 30 July 2026 (we are unable to give a specific date at any stage of the process)
- Certificate of participation in the publication: available in the "Certificates" section of your work desk: from two weeks after the end of the conference.
- Option to publish the best selected papers in journals: each speaker will be informed of the result in mid-January and will be given instructions and deadlines.
