Information for authors
Please pay attention and read carefully the instructions to participate as a communicator.
We welcome papers that develop any of the proposed themes, either from an empirical methodology or from a theoretical or practical approach.
Form of participation
Participation in the thematic symposia of this conference is virtual and deferred. Therefore, it will not be possible to present live papers.
However, it will be possible to attend the parts of the Conference that will be broadcast in person (this aspect will be confirmed in the "Programme" section) in the city of Ávila.
To participate as a speaker or communicator it is necessary to register. This registration does not imply any prior payment of the registration fee.
You will receive a welcome email (check your SPAM folder if you haven't received it after a few minutes). From there you will be able to access the platform using your credentials in the link:

You will then need to create a "New Paper" (button accessible from your desktop). We recommend that you check the available thematic symposia beforehand as you will need to select one during the process.
You can participate as a signatory in a maximum of 3 papers.
The proposed paper must have the following characteristics:
It should contain between 500 and 600 words, excluding the names of authors, links, etc.
They may be written in Spanish or English (one language only).
The delivery format shall be Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) only.
Structure:
- If it is a research paper, an experiment or a literature/systematic review, it should contain information on: introduction, objectives (with or without hypotheses), method, results and conclusion.
- If it is a theoretical review or reflection, the structure to be followed will be: introduction, objectives, development of the topic and conclusions.
A final bibliography section should not be included. Therefore, references to other authors may not be made in the text.
Images, tables and graphs may not be included. No keywords may be included.
Title of the contribution. Style: Font: Times New Roman, body: 12 p., line spacing: single, text centred.
Name and surname. Style: Font: Times New Roman, body: 12 p., line spacing: single, text centred, leading and trailing blank line.
Affiliation: Department, University (Country), mail and ORCID. Style: Tirant-Nom author (Font: Times New Roman, body: 12 p., line spacing: single, centred text, blank line before and after the text, single spacing: single.
Once your proposal has been accepted, it will be published in the list of papers of the thematic symposium and you will receive a notification email. You will then be able to record the paper on video, for which we kindly ask you to follow the guidelines described in the section: "virtual presentation".
Signatories
- A communication may have a maximum of 3 signatories.
- All signatories must pay the conference registration fee in order for the paper to be accepted and the corresponding certificate to be awarded.
- If your proposal has other signatories, they must register on the platform before submitting the proposal, as during the process you will be asked to select them from a list of participants. Once the proposal has been submitted, you will be able to add or modify the signatories.
Participation requirements
- Be a signatory in at least one communication.
- Publish the video of the communication on the conference website.
- Ask at least 1 question in 2 different papers in each symposium in which you participate (if, for example, you participate in 3 thematic symposia, you will have to ask 2 questions in each of them).
- Answer questions about your communication (only one signatory needs to answer on behalf of the other signatories).
In addition, you may, if you wish, participate in other symposia by asking questions to other speakers. This participation will not be counted by the system, but will of course be appreciated and very welcome.
Final texts
All proposals whose signatories comply with the above-mentioned requirements for participation may be included as a book chapter in the subsequent publication, although the editorial coordinators may request changes or improvements to the texts in order to preserve the scientific quality of the final work.
The submission of the final text is done using this platform, following the publishing standards and the indications in section "delivery of final texts". within the dates and deadlines established by the organisation.
Texts should comply as far as possible with these editorial standards.
Registration fees*.
- Reduced price until 10 December 2025: 100€*
The fee includes participation in the conference and publication with the publisher. Dykinson** and the possibility of publication in the publishing house Tyrant Le Blanc***. In addition, it includes everything detailed in "curricular outcomes".
* Prices include VAT, you can generate your invoice ("invoice" section of your profile) with the fiscal data you provide at the time of generating it.
** All signatories of a paper must be registered and have paid their fees in order to be able to participate in the conference and publications. The texts submitted must comply with the following requirements editing standards.
*** A paper may be published in the Tyrant publishing house for an extraordinary price of around 50 € (this option will be available once all papers have been confirmed).
**** Payment will be made on the congress platform (credit or debit card / Paypal).
